Standard Cancellation Policy
- 7 or more days before the booking date: full refund (100%)
- 3–6 days before the booking date: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before the booking date: no refund
Special Circumstances (Full Refund)
A full refund will be issued if the experience cannot proceed due to:
- Severe weather conditions that make the experience unsafe or impossible
- Park or venue closure by authorities
- Other force majeure events beyond our control
In these cases, customers will be notified as early as possible and offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at hello@beijinglikelocal.com with your booking confirmation code and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders. You may also look up your order at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refunded amount typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days.

如何申请退款
请将您的预订确认码及取消原因发送至 hello@beijinglikelocal.com。 退款由我们的支付服务商 Paddle 处理,Paddle 是我们订单的"登记商家"。 您也可以使用结账时填写的邮箱在 paddle.net 查询您的订单。
处理时间
退款审核通过后,款项将原路退回到您的原支付方式。视您的银行或发卡机构情况, 退款金额通常会在 5–10 个工作日内显示在您的账单中。
